We're seeing a lot of nitride salts in the parts and oxide buildup in the root of the threads that makes them very tight when you try and thread them together.Effective flash suppression, reduced muzzle rise, an integrated wire cutter feature, and a slick, no frills design come together in the 6315. They're a bottleneck for the whole industry and the quality is going down. The other issue was that the nitride companies out there are rushing everyone's stuff through. We had some thin-flanged ones get out that shouldn't have and they don't always play well with others, but that was a small batch and you'd be lucky to find one. The current production stuff that is golden has the tool features that pass all the way through (rather than being pocketed like yours), with the flange thickness being almost identical to what you have. That KeyMo adapter pictured is from before the recent batch issue, so you're golden there. If it goes on the mount and locks down tight without any wiggly motion then you know you're good to go. Just make sure the KeyMo adapter is fully tightened against the shoulder of the back of suppressor. ![]() It doesn't affect everyone, but there's enough of a percentage that we recognized the need to fix it after the one batch. If you have one of these, just call our CS group and they'll have you return it and you'll get the newest rev in return. , and the flange is thicker which helps with improved blast chamber spacing. They'll have a thread lead before the 1.375-24 threads also to help them mesh better with the threads in your suppressor-even with some salts in there if they show up again. The thicker ones are already shipping from what I know. We took the opportunity to thicken that flange too, as it turned out it was draft form that the shop picked up rather than the final release. ![]() Everybody is suffering, but we got hit hard with this batch of KeyMos. It turns out every gun company out there is pushing parts into the few nitriders in the nation and they're quality is dropping. It was rushed into production and we've had some massive issues with nitride salts in the threads. That thin flange KeyMo did have some issues. ![]()
